Comprehensive record-keeping and reporting for fluorinated greenhouse gases.
Under Article 39 of the Polish Act of 15 May 2015, entities importing, exporting, using or recovering F-Gases and ODS must maintain records and submit annual reports by 28 February each year. We help businesses meet these obligations – from refrigerant balance to electronic submission to the National Database.
How we work
We gather data on purchases, consumption, recovery and disposal of F-Gases and ODS from equipment log books, invoices and service records.
We create a refrigerant balance, calculate CO₂ equivalents and verify whether thresholds requiring additional reporting obligations have been exceeded.
We prepare and submit the electronic report to the National Database and Central Operator Register. We provide a submission confirmation.
Who is this for?

Art. 39 of the Polish Act of 15 May 2015 on ozone-depleting substances and certain fluorinated greenhouse gases: annual report to the National Database must be submitted by 28 February.
