KEYMARK for heat pumps – new COCH authorizations
We are pleased to inform you that the Central Refrigeration Centre COCH in Krakow has obtained authorizations to award the European quality mark KEYMARK for heat pumps. Our Research Laboratory and independent Control and Certification Body have the capability to perform the necessary tests, as well as verification, awarding of the mark, and factory control of products recognized by the KEYMARK.
KEYMARK is a European certification mark confirming the compliance of products and services with European standards. While CE marking attests to compliance with minimum legal requirements, KEYMARK provides the consumer with real added value: verified and documented compliance with uniform European Quality Standards.
A product may be marked with KEYMARK only if it has been previously tested and certified by a neutral, independent, and competent body. Factory inspection and Initial Type Testing (ITT), in addition to regular reviews, constitute an essential element of the KEYMARK awarding procedure. The Heat Pump KEYMARK awarded in one country will be respected in all countries covered by it.
